About Escape Lounge

Escape Lounge is a newly established bar located in Vink Estate, Pattaya. We are focused on delivering a welcoming atmosphere, quality service, and an enjoyable experience for all guests. As a new venue, we are building a dedicated and professional team to grow with the business.

Current Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
• Waitresses
• Bar Staff
• Supervisor / Manager (Thai & English speaking)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Take orders and serve beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
• Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for guests
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not essential
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Well-presented and confident in a customer-facing role

Language Requirements:
• Waitresses: Thai (basic English preferred)
• Supervisor / Manager: Fluent in both Thai and English
